Shadow Knitting Class - Advanced Beginner - September 24, 2026 - 6 to 8 pm

Shadow knitting, often called Illusion Knitting, is a simple yet unique technique.  A Hidden image appears or disappears, depending on the viewing angle. 

Two contrasting colors of worsted weight yarn to be purchased prior to class time. Pattern will be provided. Students will need US #7 needles, available at Lodi Alpacas Uptown, if needed.  Students will have choice of making paws or butterflies pattern. Students should be familiar with cast on, bind off, and knit/purl stitches.

Instructor is Kate Robbins, and class size minimum is 2, maximum is 6.
